We are pleased to inform you that the Monitoring Committee of the South Baltic Interreg Programme 2014-2020 decided to extend the SEAPLANSPACE project “Maritime spatial planning instruments for sustainable management of the sea” due to new activities like SEAPLANSPACE Summer School and SEAPLANSPACE webinar. Uniwersytet Gdański, Instytut Morski Akademii Morskiej w Gdyni, EUCC Baltic Office, County Administrative Board of Kalmar, EUCC Coastal Union Germany, Centre for Regional and Tourism Research zorganizują w lipcu 2021 roku międzynarodową Letnią Szkołę SEAPLANSPACE w ramach współpracy transgranicznej.
The University of Gdańsk, Maritime Institute of Gdynia Maritime University, EUCC Baltic Office, County Administrative Board of Kalmar, EUCC Coastal Union Germany, Centre for Regional and Tourism Research will organise international SEAPLANSPACE Summer School in July 2021 as a cross-border effect of cooperation.

SEAPLANSPACE Summer School to szkolenia prowadzone w języku angielskim (bez tłumacza) „na żywo” poprzez platformę MsTeams przez 5 dni. Dzienny wymiar zajęć – 8 godzin.
Practical interactive workshops will be held live in English during 5 days, (8 hours each day) with preferred use of MsTeams.

CERTYFIKAT/CERTIFICATE
Po ukończeniu zajęć uczestnik/czka otrzyma certyfikat udziału w szkole letniej. Warunkiem otrzymania certyfikatu jest potwierdzone uczestnictwo w zajęciach przewidzianych programem szkolenia oraz zaliczenie testu końcowego.
The participant will receive a certificate of participation in the summer school after completing the course. To obtain a certificate, the participant must confirm participation in the classes and pass the final exam.
SEAPLANSPACE webinar
Partnerzy projektu SEAPLANSPACE (Uniwersytet Gdański, Instytut Morski Akademii Morskiej w Gdyni, EUCC Baltic Office, County Administrative Board of Kalmar and EUCC Coastal Union Germany) opracowują wspólnie kurs internetowy on-line na temat planowania przestrzennego obszarów morskich (MSP) i zrównoważonego zarządzania morskiego w obszarze Morza Bałtyckiego (seminarium internetowe SEAPLANSPACE) jako transgranicznego efektu współpracy. Webinarium SEAPLANSPACE zostanie przygotowane jako materiał prezentujący najważniejsze i najbardziej interesujące zagadnienia dotyczące MSP. To nowa forma wsparcia edukacyjnego dla tych, którzy poszukują źródeł wiedzy na temat morskiego planowania przestrzennego do samodzielnej nauki, dostępna dla wszystkich zainteresowanych stron, a także materiał uzupełniający dla uniwersytetów i innych instytucji edukacyjnych, które planują prowadzić kursy z zakresu MSP i zrównoważonego zarządzania morskiego z perspektywy obszaru Południowego Bałtyku (BSA).
SEAPLANSPACE Project Partners have decided to propose the development of a common webinar on-line course on the Maritime Spatial Planning (MSP) and sustainable marine governance of the Baltic Sea Area (SEAPLANSPACE Webinar) as a cross-border effect of cooperation. The University of Gdańsk, Maritime Institute of Gdynia Maritime University, EUCC Baltic Office, County Administrative Board of Kalmar and EUCC Coastal Union Germany would like to develop multimedia SEAPLANSPACE Webinar which will present the most important and interesting issues concerning the MSP. It will be prepared as material for self-study, accessible for all interested stakeholders as well as supplementary material for universities and other educational institutions which plan to hold the courses on the MSP and sustainable marine governance from the perspective of South Baltic Sea Area (BSA).

FORMA ZAJĘĆ i DOSTĘP/ FORM OF CLASSES AND ACCESS
Webinarium SEAPLANSPACE będzie składało się z około dwudziestu 45 minutowych filmów nagranych przez Centrum Produkcji Filmowej i Dokumentalnej UG w języku angielskim z napisami w języku polskim. Filmy te będą dostępne w portalu internetowym SEAPLANSPACE, a także w innych mediach, aby zapewnić do nich otwarty dostęp dla wszystkich zainteresowanych.
The SEAPLANSPACE Webinar will consists of at least 20h of total on-line training including international and national aspects of the MSP. SEAPLANSPACE Webinar will be bilingual (English and national languages of the SEAPLANSPACE Partners) in order to ensure transnational transfer of knowledge. SEAPLANSPACE Webinar will be available on the SEAPLANSPACE Web Portal as well as in other media to ensure access to it.

Uczestnik/czka otrzyma certyfikat udziału w webinariach projektu SEAPLANSPACE. Warunkiem otrzymania certyfikatu jest wypełnienie deklaracji zgłoszeniowej oraz oświadczenia uczestnika, a następnie zaliczenie testu końcowego. Otrzymanie certyfikatu nie jest obligatoryjne, można uczestniczyć w webinariach bez zdawania testu końcowego i bez otrzymania certyfikatu.
The participant will receive a certificate of participation in the SEAPLANSPACE webinar. To obtain a certificate, the participant must complete declaration and sign the statement of project participant and pass the final exam. It is not obligatory. You can participate in webinars without passing the final test and without getting a certificate.
DODATKOWE INFORMACJE O PROJEKCIE SEAPLANSPACE/MORE INFO ABOUT SEAPLANSPACE PROJECT
Projekt SEAPLANSPACE – Marine spatial planning instruments for sustainable marine governance ma międzynarodowy charakter i jest realizowany od stycznia 2018 r. we współpracy z partnerami z Polski, Niemiec, Danii, Szwecji i Litwy. Liderem Projektu SEAPLANSPACE jest Uniwersytet Gdański.
Celem projektu SEAPLANSPACE jest wzmocnienie kompetencji osób wykonujących pracę lub przygotowujących się do podjęcia pracy związanej z morskim planowaniem przestrzennym w kontekście zrównoważonego zarządzania morzem, co stanowi wsparcie rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego, w tym w szczególności w wielu obszarach gospodarki morskiej. Działania edukacyjne skierowane na wzmocnienie kompetencji w MSP są niezbędne wobec obowiązku opracowania planów zagospodarowania przestrzennego obszarów morskich przez państwa członkowskie Unii Europejskiej do 31.03.2021 roku, następnie ich implementacji, wykonywania i zmian w przyszłości.
Szkolenia w ramach projektu realizowane są równolegle przez partnerów projektu SEAPLANSPACE w pięciu państwach Południowego Bałtyku w formie warsztatów obejmujących zagadnienia praktyczne (studium przypadku). W zakończonej w styczniu 2021 roku polskiej części szkoleń wykładowcami byli polscy i zagraniczni eksperci MSP. Poza szkoleniami, w ramach projektu SEAPLANSPACE partnerzy opracowali SEAPLANSPACE General Knowledge Manual oraz kończą prace nad pięcioma SEAPLANSPACE Country Specific Manuals poświęconymi problematyce morskiego planowania przestrzennego w ujęciu praktycznym. W Projekcie SEAPLANSPACE uruchomiono również portal internetowy, mający na celu wymianę doświadczeń i wiedzy w zakresie MSP.
The SEAPLANSPACE project – Marine spatial planning instruments for sustainable maritime governance has an international character and is implemented in cooperation with partners from Poland, Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Lithuania. The SEAPLANSPACE project leader is the University of Gdańsk.
The SEAPLANSPACE project aims to strengthen the competencies of those working or preparing to work in maritime spatial planning in the context of sustainable management of the sea, thus supporting socio-economic development, including in particular in many areas of the maritime economy. Educational activities aimed at strengthening competences in MSP are necessary in light of the obligation of European Union Member States to develop maritime spatial plans by 31.03.2021, their subsequent implementation, execution and future amendments.
Training within the project are implemented in parallel by the SEAPLANSPACE project partners in five countries of the South Baltic in the form of workshops covering practical issues (case studies). In the Polish part of the training completed in January 2021, lecturers were Polish and foreign experts on MSP. In addition to the training, the SEAPLANSPACE project partners developed the SEAPLANSPACE General Knowledge Manual and are finalising five SEAPLANSPACE Country Specific Manuals on maritime spatial planning in practice. The SEAPLANSPACE Project has also launched a website to share experience and knowledge on MSP.
